Half way though my senior year of high school all the seniors were surveyed about what they'd be doing after they graduated - I said I was going to a clown college in Ohio and would be majoring in juggling and acrobatics (I was joking of course). When the school paper came out that was supposed to include the info from the senior's survey, I was disappointed that my entry was omitted. What if that had been my actual plan? It seemed rather inconsiderate to leave me out - no one even asked me about it.

Well, that has nothing to do with our recent trip to the circus. Aimee got some free tickets to go to a Ringling Bros. circus, so we went with our friends Q and Shelly. We had to walk by some protesters on our way in who were protesting the treatment of the animals. I've been to a circus before and there weren't any protesters there, but it was a really lame circus, so maybe the protesters only have a problem with animal treatment at big circuses.
In any case, we had a great time. Aimee had never been to a circus before and, I think, either Shelly or Q (or both) hadn't been to one either. We saw some impressive acrobats and clowns which made me wonder if I should have gone to that clown college in Ohio just to rub it in the face of the person who decided not to include my survey info in the high school newspaper.
