One day, after we neglected our back porch area for a long time, Aim went out amongst the weed trees, cleaned up a bit, and found a tomato plant growing in the dirt by our porch. Last year we had tomato plants in planters and one lowly tomato must have fallen off and planted itself in a good piece of earth. There is even a small tomato growing on the plant that we might enjoy if we can pluck it before the birds find it. Aimee is quite proud of this tomato plant that she didn't have to plant, water, nurture, or do anything to whatsoever.
